Tacolote (referencing the Nahuatl name for owl, "tecolote") was developed by two Mexico City brothers who missed eating authentic tacos with freshly rolled tortillas every day.
This concept depicts owls from Tenochtitlan (present day Mexico City) flying anywhere to serve the recipes every chilango & chilanga holds dear in their heart and belly.
